![]() I have tried different customizations, both including and excluding the credit card account, with no success. Instead what is happening, outstanding credit card balance is being ADDED in with the total balance. ![]() I cannot get this report to work properly on QB Online Advanced. There is a credit card account, with outstanding charges, those would show as "Unclassified" on the summary report, thereby deducting those expenses from the total, keeping it reconciled with the checking register balance on hand. In my years of using the Desktop product, this has always worked well. The bottom total is supposed to equal the amount of money on hand. This allows us to see, at a glance, how much money is available for each program, and whether that program is operating at profit or loss. For older books (profiles), you can subscribe to a new subscription to start over. You can only clear your data if you're a new user and your profile is within 60 days from the date of purchase. It returns the current total balance of each Class, with a total at the bottom. Both options above are possible and will work depending on the situation. If you can't get into your account because your email address and phone number have changed, fill out our account recovery form. ![]() There is a report that we use extensively, a Custom Summary of transactions by Class, which we name "Funds Balances Summary Report". Chat is available from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT seven days a week. We can move you to Xero, Sage Accounting or QuickBooks Online. We recently migrated a non-profit to QB Online Advanced. You can get going straight-away, without all of the manual data entry. I have been a QB Premier Desktop user for many years, managing churches and small non-profits. ![]()
